While Browser is visible: ⌘T opens a tab, ⌘W closes it, and ⇧⌘]/⇧⌘[ move between tabs.

Use Help → Getting Started to reopen guided setup. The composer workflow menu contains Goal…, Task Capsules…, and Solo or team… alongside Work, Plan, and Grill.
